The University of Cincinnati is turning to artificial intelligence to help solve a problem in medical training. The College of Medicine was awarded a grant valued at more than $1 million to use AI in advanced physician training through personalized learning.

The Ohio Cyber Range Institute (OCRI) will host its annual statewide Capture the Flag competition here at UC and across Ohio. OCRI’s cybersecurity challenge, called Capture Ohio ’26: OCRI Statewide Capture the Flag (CTF), takes place from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday, April 11, 2026, connecting students across Ohio for a coordinated day of hands‑on cyber learning.
