DAAPcamps

Register now—spaces are filled on a first-come, first-served basis! If the system accepts your registration, your camper is in. If your camper's registration is successfully processed, their spot in the camp is automatically secured—no further confirmation is needed. Registration remains open until camps reach capacity or May 5, 2025, at 5 PM, whichever comes first.

Register using the link below. Once registered, you’ll receive an email with links to required camper forms (due by May 19, 2025). You'll complete camp selection, camper info, and deposit payment. After registering, you'll receive an email with links to required Camp-Specific Forms. Have medical insurance info, doctor/dentist details, and current medications on hand to fill them out.

UC Employees: If a camper’s parent or grandparent is a UC Employee, request the UC Employee Discount before registering by contacting event.services@uc.edu. You will be provided with a code to use when paying, along with including your M# during the registration process.

Scholarships: Register first, then apply for a scholarship by May 5, 2025 (details in your confirmation email).

A limited number of scholarships based on merit and need are available to those who qualify. We are grateful for our generous donors who support creative futures:

• The Popkin Family DAAPcamps Scholarship for Campers from the Northeast United States (ME, MA, NH, VT, CT, NY, NJ, RI, DE and PA.)
• DAAPcamps Scholarship Fund Scholarships

Please note: To apply for a DAAPcamps scholarship, you must first register for the 2025 DAAPcamps. Scholarship application forms will be available starting in March 2025. Along with a completed Scholarship Application Form, you'll need to submit a supplemental essay and letters of recommendation.

Scholarship application deadline is 11:59pm on May 1st, 2025. Awarded funds will be applied directly to the camper tuition balance, once the recipient has been notified and accepted the scholarship offer.

All Camp tuition payments must be completed by Monday, May 20, 2025. If paying a deposit, a separate email with a payment link will be sent to you after registering within one business day.
