DAAPcamps is entering its 16th Summer in the renowned College of Design, Architecture, Art, and Planning at the University of Cincinnati. We hope you will choose to be a part of our 2026 DAAPcamps offerings. In our 2025 camps, our 275 campers came from 38 unique middle schools, 118 unique high schools, 14 states, and even two countries outside the U.S. That’s a serious amount of creativity packed into our studios, classrooms, and campus and we loved every minute of it.

DAAPcamps 2025 welcomed nearly 300 creative young minds to campus for an unforgettable summer of exploration and design. In a recent UC News article, founder Laurie Wilson reflects on the continued growth and impact of the program, which was also highlighted by local news station FOX 19.

DAAPcamps founder and UC faculty member Laurie Wilson speaks to Fox 19 on the history and success of DAAPcamps. Wilson is an associate director of student affairs and adjunct assistant professor in UC’s College of Design, Architecture, Art and Planning (DAAP), where the camps have been held since 2011.
Thank you to everyone who helped make our 2025 DAAPcamps season a memorable one! We’re excited to share that our 2026 camps will include a full schedule of in-person High School and Middle School Day Camps during the week of June 8–12, and High School Residential Camps from June 21–27. Registration will open in early March 2026, stay tuned for more details!

Please note: To apply for a DAAPcamps scholarship, you must first register for the upcoming DAAPcamps. Scholarship application forms will be available starting in March 2026. Along with a completed Scholarship Application Form, you'll need to submit a supplemental essay and letters of recommendation.
Scholarship application deadline is TBD. Awarded funds will be applied directly to the camper tuition balance, once the recipient has been notified and accepted the scholarship offer.

Please Note: If a camper’s parent or grandparent is a UC Employee, you may request the UC Employee Discount of 15%. Prior to registration in March 2026, please reach out to Conference & Event Services at event.services@uc.edu. You will be provided with the steps for registration that includes your UC indentification number (M#).
