Full registration for the summit covers admittance to all presentations, breakfast, lunch, breaks and receptions for each day. Early bird rates are in effect until July 11, 2008.

Group Registration

A special rate for full registration of groups of 3 or more paid registrants from an individual institution is available until July 11, 2008. After July 11th, participants must register as indidivuals. Full registration for the summit covers admittance to all presentations, breakfast, lunch, breaks and receptions for each day.
