DAAPcamp Forms

DAAPcamps

We're glad you've selected DAAPcamps as your summer residency camp experience. If you've not yet registered, please visit our registration page to hold your spot for this year's camp.

You may pay your deposit and tuition here. Click the "Click to Make an Online Payment" button, and fill out all information on the page that follows. In the pull-down menu for "Select Desired Program," make sure you select "DAAPcamps".

You may either pay the $250 deposit, due at registration, or the full tuition. If making a deposit, final tuition payments will be due by June 01.

And don't forget to download and fill out the following forms, all required for admission to DAAPcamps 2013. Please make sure to fill out and sign each form, returning them no later than June 01.

Residence Hall Policies and Housing Agreement

 

Completed forms may be emailed to daapcamps@uc.edu (please address the Subject Line with "DAAPcamp Forms for (your student's name here)". Alternately, you may print and mail the forms, returning them to:
