Applicants must complete an online application form then submit a check or money order for $15.00 payable to the University of Cincinnati along with a printout of the application to:

Submit transcripts that indicate an award of at least a bachelor's degree to:

Upon admission, a supplementary information form will be sent with the letter of admission from the Director of Museum Studies, which should be returned as confirmation of your acceptance of admission.
