Description
The Frances D. and Stanley Cohen Scholarships are awarded to students of good character who have shown enthusiasm, a desire to succeed in their fields, a consistently strong academic record, and financial need.

Eligibility
Full-time sophomores, juniors, pre-juniors, or seniors (as of the 2013-2014 academic year) majoring in: Fashion Design, Industrial Design, or Graphic Communication Design. Students must be of good character, have shown enthusiasm and desire to succeed in their fields, have attained a grade-point average of at least 3.0, and demonstrated financial need.
Submit
- Short application available here or in the School of Design Office
- Letter outlining interests and aspirations in specific design field
- Current resume
- Statement of financial need; it is strongly recommended that you submit the FAFSA to UC in order to prove financial need
- Names (only) of three faculty members who might serve as references
