All students in the Master of Community Planning and Ph.D. in Regional Development programs are a part of PGSA, a UC Graduate Student Association organization. The PGSA exists to serve the needs of planning graduate students and receives yearly funding towards student-organized social and academic events.
The PGSA has an executive board which is elected yearly and consists of a President, Vice-President, Treasurer and Secretary. For the 2013-2014 academic year, the board officers are:
President: Justin Lamorella (MCP)
Vice-President: Ian Blanding (MCP)
Treasurer: Michael McBain (MCP)
Secretary: Steven Doss (MCP)
